Returns and Refunds Policy

Please review the following return and refund policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before making a purchase, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preferences.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work to resolve the issue fairly by offering a refund or replacement. Please contact our support team at 📧 cs@tambrey.com as soon as possible with relevant details.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order is processed for shipping and can no longer be canceled.


📦 Issues With Your Order

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at 📧 cs@tambrey.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the outer packaging
  • A clear photo of the item received

We will review the case and provide a refund or a replacement as appropriate.

2. Tracking Shows Delivered But You Didn't Receive It

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please obtain an official lost parcel confirmation (loss or claim report) from the courier. Based on the verification, we will determine if a refund or replacement is eligible.


💳 Refunds & Exchanges

If approved by our support team:

  • Replacements are shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    Processing begins within 2 business days of item receipt.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.


📥 Return Conditions & Process

Return requests may be approved if all the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags are attached, and the item is in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Do not return any items without prior approval.
If your return is authorized, we will send you the return instructions via email.


🚚 Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For returns not due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be in new condition, with tags and packaging intact.

🏷 Final Sale Items

Please note that:

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
